Stopped in at Superior Nissan in Dearborn to pick up a few small parts today. Parked in front and went inside. While I was waiting for the parts guy to come back with my stuff I was approached by one of the new car salesmen. He said my Z was sweet looking but I should check out the new 350Z they got in yesterday. He said that if I was interested he would make a great deal for me and give me a good price for my Twin Turbo. I thought to myself this idiot is dumber than he looked. I told him that I have an NA and he said "I know a Twin Turbo when I see one." Well at that point I almost started to laugh in his face but I said let me pop the hood and show you. As soon as I opened up the hood he said "See, I told you it was a Twin Turbo!" I reiterated it was NOT a Twin Turbo and he said "NA's didn't have hard pipes and yada yada yada.........and he said he had a buyer that was looking for a Twin Turbo and once again said that I should check out the new 350Z. I told him I already drove one at the Nissan North American Testing Center about 2 months ago. He told me no way, they wern't available then. Well this guy WAS as dumb as he looked, no even more friggin stupid than you could imagine..... I said "Look Pal, why don't you go back inside and sell a Sentra or a Maxima because you sure don't know much about 300ZX's." Then he got a litle attitude and said "when you want a real Z, come back and will talk." The rest is X-rated, suffice to say I let him know what a real jerk he was and went in and picked up my parts. The parts guys asked what happened outside and I told him and he almost wet his pants from laughing so hard.......I got a good laugh to...............Peace in our time................
